What is Do-In Yoga?
Do-In Yoga is a combination of Do-In and Yoga. Do-In originates from the Japanese Dao-Yin and is an ancient physical therapeutic practice, said to be over 5000 years old and possibly even preceding yoga. This practice is the precursor of for example Tai Chi, Qigong, Shiatsu and Martial Arts.
Do-In Yoga combines physical and energy exercises from all of these disciplines in a unique and modern way. Doing these exercises will greatly affect and heal your physical body and its organs, will create balance in your energy meridian system and will bring you into a better mental and emotional state as well!
