A new garden area will be designed and built in the central portion of the lower ashram. It will be in the area of the current ‘roundabout’ with new terraced landscaping, pagoda and feature fountain. Its boundaries will be the Health and Wellness Building (south), Nityananda Hall (west), Playing field (north), Main Office (east). This area will become a focal point of the Ashram and will be the main vantage point for all the surrounding buildings. This central garden area will be for walking only. The existing road will be removed and there will be a small service road to Nityananda Hall only.

Construction status:

Construction is currently underway. The existing roundabout and gazebo have been removed. The existing road is in the process of being removed. Reshaping of landscape started today.

Completion: summer 2010

New Gazebo:
A new gazebo will overlook the playing field and be open on all sides with steps leading down . This is where Sri Vasudeva will be during large outdoor events/gatherings, as it has a 360 degree view of the surroundings where people will be able to gather/sit.
