Dear Friends,

We had the most beautiful retreat in Derry in a powerful energy.

There were many new people who came to be with us for the first time and who left feeling uplifted and inspired by our Vasudeva.

Below are the themes which pervaded the two days and to which we returned again and again.

DAY ONE THEMES

We can carry the light into the world without losing it. Wouldn¹t you like to be in that space where you have more control over the thoughts, the emotions and the energy within you? Wouldn’t you?

Experiencing Inner Space is possible for Everyone. The Source of all Possibilities lies in your workplace and home.

Sacred words protect and energize the mind while keeping us in the present moment. Let’s see if we can hold the Space while we talk.

With the group it is easier to get into that Space In the Spirit I am Free.

I am the Observer of the Mind
I live in the Source of all Possibilities

DAY TWO THEMES

We can uplift someone simply by sending energy across the Space
What is this energy field that allows us to do this?

The goal of life is to develop the system of energy within that allows us to give and to receive freely. Are you aware of this energy when it moves within you

There is a Teacher within you who will continue once I initiate internal the process.

When I say, “be loving” I coax you to open the lotus of your heart.

The system of energy empowers you and allows you to enjoy your daily life.

When we come to the group like this we nourish each other by intentions and energy exchange.

Coming back in your mind to what you’ve practiced at the retreat will intensify this experience.

The retreat ended with lunch on Sunday and we sadly said goodbye to old and new friends.
Sri Vasudeva then traveled back into the Republic of Ireland in theCounty Donegal.
On, Wednesday he arrived back in Dublin. This evening there will be a small
fellowship service to bless the home of one of the Dublin members, Margaret.

We all look forward to beginning our Dublin retreat tomorrow evening.
