Hello Everyone,

Sri Vasudeva held the Brighton one day workshop - it was a glorious day in all respects, the English weather proving how fickle it is by giving us a really hot summers day.

A few weeks ago I received an email from someone who lives in the North of England asking to purchase some Meditation CDs. Never missing an opportunity to introduce new people I suggested she came to one of the workshops and choose her own, not really expecting her to do so because of the distance involve - wrong!!! This is the perfect example of how our Blue Star family actually is - Ioana Raluca Hunt originated from Oradea in Romania but came to live in the UK this year when she married an Englishman. Monica Sarca gave Ioana "Seek God Within" and "You are the Light" (in Romanian). Ioana contacted me, and then decided to come to Brighton to meet Guruji. Having spoken with Ioana I know she really loved the time with him and was so glad she made the journey.

This event began in Romania, from there to Manchester then to Gosport and finally to Brighton and the physical presence of the Guru - the links are incredible - how wonderful the Universe is, and again it has proved to me that when all is in harmony with the Source it flows. I know Ioana will agree because she was telling us how things had flowed over the past week to make her visit to Brighton from Manchester possible.

My Dear Friends,

I have put myself on paper literally just as I was leaving Brighton when everything was still fresh in me.

Words cannot describe spiritual experiences for they are not meant to, however those present at Sri Vasudeva's workshop on October the 4th 2005 can empathise when I say we are truly blessed in the time we spent worshipping and fellowshipping.

I was given by my spiritual mother, Monica, a Romanian English teacher from Oradea, as a birthday present October past, a book called “You are the Light”. The book, she said, was written by the Jesus of India and was an ABC for my spiritual life. She also advised me to take it in small dosages and to ponder on it day by day.

It took me several months to finish it, absorbing every word. For Christmas I received the second book from her, “Seek God Within”.

I had already been living in Manchester since June 2004, married to a Scotsman, and once in a while checked the Blue Star website, but I was not to make contact- so spoke the signs, and they were many.

I had gotten to the point where in my quest for God, one thing kept coming up- meditation. I asked permission from Monica to start meditating with Sri Vasudeva. Upon her positive reply I e-mailed Jane and she told me about the workshop this week.

I desperately wanted to go, but since I had already skipped the first week of university classes, I abandoned myself to the Divine will.

And…today, as a new life begins for me, I thank the Lord for allowing me a real glimpse of the divine love that lies within.
