My Dear Ones,

Last week I left you with the questions:

We are born with different personalities, talents, physical appearances, likes and dislikes. Can we live in harmony with this diversity that surrounds us seeing the beauty that it is?

Each day in our own lives we see that diversity before us in a real way, in our homes, workplaces and social life and we are challenged. How do we respond? Do we create and support conflict and segregation or do we support and encourage harmony and cooperation?

In my own life, I have learned to appreciate and enjoy life's diversity, especially when it comes to human beings. I love observing different people, interacting with them and learning from the experience. I take it as an exciting challenge to be able to interact in meaningful and harmonious ways with people, especially when they present new and challenging ways of thinking and behaving. When they enter my world I always think that there is some meaning and purpose to it. So I give their presence in my life great importance. I search within myself for the most appropriate ways to interact. I do believe that we potentially possess all the skills necessary to do this if only we would explore our own inner world with its possibilities.

In every interaction I have with people I seek to touch their life in a special way, by the way I interact with them. My desire is to leave them inspired and uplifted. I strive to do this without any expectation of the other. My desire is just to enjoy expressing the best that is within me and to leave the person with a memorable experience of the interaction, one that is meaningful and uplifting. Life to me is a matter of moments in time and each moment is a precious gift to appreciate and enjoy. I greet each moment with love, welcoming the experience whatever it may be. It is my precious world and every experience is a meaningful part of it. My Universe is intelligent and responds to me in accordance with my every intention and action. It is my dear Friend and Teacher.

As I interact I stay aware that I exist in a Source of infinite peace, love and wisdom and seek to be a worthy instrument of It. This gives me great peace of mind, security and confidence.

Can you rise to the challenge and look at all your interactions with your world in meaningful and positive ways? Do you want to?

Yours in service,
Vasudeva
