My Dear Ones,

More and more, I am seeing the great gift that we are to each other when we express our higher qualities in relationships. Oh.. what a gift we are to each other! It seems that the Universe challenges us to bring out the best from within as we interact with our fellow human beings. When we do not, relationships are stressed, lead to conflict and pain and do not bring out the best in each other. We are faced with relationships at every turn as we live in community. It follows then that learning to live in community is to learn how to develop powerful relationships. Can we see this opportunity and challenge that is before us? Have we really looked deeply at our relationships? What do these say to us?

Each relationship that we have can be a source of powerful energy. It can lift and sustain us as we meet the many challenges of daily life. We need to take time to be aware of the potential that exist in human relationships to lift us to higher levels of mental, emotional and spiritual well being. Just thinking kindly of those around us and receiving their kind thoughts and attention in return can keep us positive and mentally strong. Being lovingly attentive to each other can be so comforting and healing when we take time to be so. Praying for the well being of each other can be such a powerful experience when we do so from a place of sincerity and true love. Powerful exchanges of subtle energy and involved in these intentions and actions.

Are we really making the best use of the relationships that are before us? We need to remember that we also contribute to low levels of vitality and well being by negative exchanges of thoughts and feelings when in communication with each other. So relationships have the power not only to lift us but also to destabilize us. Let us learn to see the gift Life presents to us in each person whom we meet and interact with. Let us use the powerful gift that we are to each other. Oh, I so wish that we can see this! If we do, we will think and act differently from this very moment.

In loving service,
Vasudeva
