My Dear Ones,

We are not just physical beings as our senses lead us to believe but at the core of our being we exist in a consciousness field. As we explore the inner world in meditation this awareness naturally arises. We feel detached from the physical body and begin to realize that though we live in the body our reality is much deeper and more powerful. We feel a strength greater than physical as we interact or relate to the world. Even when the body is challenged with stress or ill health we feel the inner strength to overcome such obstacles.

As we go deeper within we begin to experience that our consciousness expands. We become aware of more of who we are and the power we possess. This is tapping into the consciousness field that lies at the core of our being. We begin to realize that though we create thoughts we can observe them and in so doing change them or use them creatively as we wish to. The awareness arises within but the mind is just an instrument that we possess. We begin to feel the power to choose the thoughts we want to in our mental field. This gives the sense of freedom. The same happens with emotions. We begin to feel greater power to manage the emotions that arise with us and the power to choose the ones we want to embrace.

As our consciousness expands our self identify shifts. We feel more and more that we are beings of awareness, intelligence and power connected to an infinite Source within. The mind and intellect appear as instruments in our service rather than functions that we have no control of. Centering ourselves in the awareness of our Source and feeling connected to it gives a great sense of security and power in the human experience.

The consciousness field at our source is our divinity. It is the spirit within us. It is the sacred place within. Let us strive to tap its power. In striving to become aware of it we become aware of our own great potential in the human experience.

In loving service,
Vasudeva (writing from Cobourg, Canada)
