Acting from silence...

My Dear Ones,

Today, I want to focus on how to act from and in a state of silence. This may seem to be contradictory in a literal sense especially when it comes to speaking or interacting with others. However, this is possible if we were to consider our multi-dimensional nature. At the physical level we may be speaking, but at a deeper level, we can be centred in a space of total stillness. At the deepest level of being we are the observer of thought, feeling and physical action. When the observer is centred in the Source of our being we witness everything that is happening in our inner and outer worlds from a state of deep peace.

In my experience, it is possible to speak, think, feel and act from the depth of inner silence. If we are truly silent and centred in our Source, we feel a great space inside of profound peace. In this space we become much more aware of everything that happens within us and every action we perform. As we witness internal and external events from this space, everything seems be in a 'slow motion' mode. We become so much more aware of events as they happen and see so much more in them. Even though we physically perform actions in the world, we do so from a state of deep silence and peace. Here, we feel the power to choose the thoughts and feelings we want to and to create our realities. This gives a feeling of true freedom and puts us into the seat of our own power.

Let us strive to have this state of calmness in everything we do. This gives us the power to act more efficiently, effectively and peacefully in our world.

In loving service,
Vasudeva (writing from Romania)
