My Dear Ones,
Let's take a look
at our relationship with the Universe and the power that we have to co-create
our destiny. Sometimes I hear the statement. "The Universe created this situation
so I just surrendered and followed what the Universe led me to do". I want
to caution those who follow the Universe blindly. The Universe is a mixture of
all kinds of forces at work. Good and evil exist in our Universe and both impact
upon us regardless of which we embrace. If we are good persons and we choose to
live and operate in an environment where evil or negative forces predominate then
we are certainly going to be constantly challenged. Our Universe is going to relate
to us in a negative way. So the Universe relates to us based on our choices and
the forces that operate in the environment around us. We need to be conscious
of both.
If we operate in an environment where we are constantly bombarded
by selfish and negative thinking we may be tempted or influenced to make choices
that are destructive. If we are weak willed without a positive vision and good
sense of values we can easily be influenced to act negatively and say that the
Universe wanted us to be that way. We need to be aware of the forces at play in
our Universe and the choices we have each time we act. We need to act in such
a way that we uplift ourselves and our environment. This is the way to freedom
and happiness.
Our Universe is based on certain laws or principles and
these can be used for good or for evil. The power of thought, emotion and intellect
can be used in positive and negative ways to great effect. The Universe is like
a wish fulfilling tree that can bring us anything we wish for strongly whether
it is good for us or not. When we choose to use it for evil then we choose the
destructive path that ultimately brings pain and misery even if it is attractive
at first. When we choose the path of goodness we build inner strength that eventually
leads to spiritual freedom and happiness. There is a saying 'Be careful what you
wish for it may just come to you!'
Do not just blindly follow what the
Universe around is presenting to you. Be wise. Look at your choices and where
they lead. Choose that which creates harmony within you and around you, strengthens
you and makes you happy. Avoid that which is destructive. Your Universe is designed
to work for you. Work with it wisely as you co-create your destiny.
