Sri
Vasudeva welcomed all and introduced the retreat theme
–
Exploring
our 7 Dimensions of Consciousness.
“How
many of us live in sheep consciousness’ when there
is a lion
Inside?”
He urged us to become aware of the power that exists within
–
“I’ve come to remind you of that power, that
spiritual teacher within.”
Power
of Collective Consciousness
Over
the weekend we are to allow this power of collective consciousness
to happen powerfully. We will see that unity multiplies.
We have the power to control the mind to the degree.
Let us be aware of this power.
Every thought, emotion can influence a space.
We are responsible for spaces.
Let this facility become our body.
Let us exist in unity.
What
we should do to help the space?
Watch
thoughts over the weekend.
Keep affirmations that help us to be positive.
Let us lift each other by thinking positively.
Sunday November 27, 2005
This
retreat is powerful on a number of levels:
The preparation for it was done by some able volunteers.
We have talented singers and musicians.
The food is absolutely delicious.
We have a strong Dutch group with us… I
Sri
Vasudeva continued in guiding us to experience
“I live, move and have my being in God”
We were guided into experiencing our cells as a family
– every thought and feeling influence our cells
and by extension our physical space.
“Let your heart be filled with gratitude, each person
is worthy of our reverence”
Exploring
our Seven Dimensions of Consciousness
In the morning session, Sri Vasudeva explained the characteristics
of the seven energy centers (chakras). These centers inspire
and influence our nervous system and organs.
All problems we have are associated with the charkas.
Knowledge of the charkas will help to transform our lives.
It helps us to interact with our world in meaningful,
purposeful and exciting ways.
This day was about experiencing his presence as he fuels
the energy that awakens the centers.
There was a question and answer period where newcomers
had an opportunity to get their questions answered.
In
the afternoon, Sri Vasudeva led us into meditation focusing
on the various energy centers and most had an experience
in the heart and head chakra.
He allowed us to develop powerful group peace and unity
showing us how meditations can be better with a group.
“I’m fully human, but I feel divine!”
In Loving Service
